Before Your Appointment
-
Please make sure you've had a good meal before your appointment and stay well hydrated throughout the day. If you're booked in for a longer session, bringing a sugary drink or snack is always a good idea.goes here
-
Please do not apply any fake tan 2 weeks before your appointment.
We suggest exfoliating and moisturizing the area that will be tattooed. At least 1 week before your appointment.
A good night's sleep will help you stay comfortable throughout your appointment and make the experience much more enjoyable. -
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.
For chest, sternum, shoulder or back tattoos, we recommend bringing a zip-up hoodie, cardigan or button-up shirt to help keep you comfortable during your appointment.
-
Please avoid tanning or getting sunburn on the area being tattooed. Damaged skin cannot be tattooed safely.
Please don't apply numbing cream unless your artist has specifically recommended or approved it beforehand. -

Tattoo Aftercare
Your tattoo is an open wound during the first few weeks, so proper aftercare is essential. Following the advice below will help your tattoo heal correctly and keep it looking its best for years to come.
-
- Wash your tattoo using lukewarm water. (No soap)
-Wash gently using clean hands.
-Pat dry with clean paper towel.
-Avoid rubbing the tattoo with a towel.
Your artist will let you know how often your tattoo should be washed & creamed, depending on weather, placement and skin type.
-
Only apply tattoo cream when your tattoo feels dry.
A thin layer is all you need. Applying too much can trap moisture against the skin, slowing the healing process and causing the tattoo to appear cloudy.
Your tattoo should have a light shine, not a thick layer of cream.
📹 Watch the video below to see the correct amount to apply.

Every tattoo heals differently, but this is a general guide:
Days 1–3
-The tattoo may feel sore, warm and slightly swollen.
Days 4–10
-Peeling and flaking are completely normal.
Days 10–21
-Most of the surface skin has healed, although the tattoo may still look slightly dull.
Up to 6 weeks
-The deeper layers of skin continue healing, even if the tattoo already looks finished.
Avoid scratching or picking at any stage.
